Low-cost prefabricated light steel small houses are buildings constructed with lightweight steel as the framework, combined with environmentally friendly enclosure materials. Their main structure is composed of cold-formed thin-walled steel sections, which are lightweight, have high strength, and have an earthquake resistance performance up to the 7-degree defense standard. The components are standardizedly produced in the factory and then transported to the site. They are quickly assembled using bolts, and the construction period only takes 1-2 weeks, significantly reducing labor and time costs. The houses have good insulation and soundproofing properties, with areas ranging from 30 to 100 square meters. They are suitable for rural residences, vacation cabins, temporary offices, and other scenarios. Compared to traditional brick-concrete buildings, the cost is 30%-50% lower, and they can be recycled and reused, conforming to the concept of low-carbon and environmental protection. It is an economical choice for small-sized buildings.
We considered the fragility, weight, and potential risks during transportation of different components when loading the products into the shipping containers, and took appropriate measures to ensure the safe and efficient unloading process for the customers.
The entire primary members and secondary members are designed and fully fabricated including cut-to-length, punching, drilling, welding and performing in the factory before shipping to the site for erection.
At the site, all components are assembled and jointed via nut & bolt connections; thereby reducing the costs and assembly times.
These buildings can be provided with different structural and non-structural additions such as ventilators, doors & windows, trusses, mezzanine floors, canopies, crane, insulation…, based on the customer's requirements.
All of our KXD steel structure are ISO 9001-2015 certified. Any third-party inspection will be accepted, such as SGS, BV, TUV etc. We also welcome OEM and ODM orders.
